ICFE2020-Ho Chi Minh the first ever virtual ICFE Conference on November 18-19, 2020

Join us at our 6^th international academic conference on Finance and Economics at Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. The conference is co-organized by Ton Duc Thang University (Vietnam), Prague University of Economics and Business (Czech Republic), Tomas Bata University in Zlín (Czech Republic), Montpellier Business School (France), Northeastern Illinois University (United States), La Trobe University (Australia), Dongguk University (South Korea), and Dresden University of Technology (Germany). The conference covers a wide range of topics in business and economics which include but not limited to:

Covid-19 and Global Economy
Management
Marketing
International Business
Economics
Accounting and Finance

This year, accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings (ISI indexed). Full-presented papers will be reviewed for publication consideration in the Australasian Marketing Journal, Journal of Vacation Marketing and Prague Economic Papers, Special Issue on Economic Analysis and Policy (Journal of the Economic Society of Australia Queensland). The submitted paper is proceeded by the double-blind reviewed system, acceptance notice will be informed by email. For your reference, proceedings of ICFE 2014, ICFE 2015 and ICFE 2016, ICFE 2017 can be found in the databases of the ISI web of science (Thomson Reuters).

Announcement on ICFE2020-Ho Chi Minh the first ever virtual ICFE Conference on November 18-19, 2020

Dear Colleagues,

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the academic community in a multitude of ways, with canceled in-person events and even classes. We are also aware of our responsibility in taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our participants by replacing physical meetings with telecommunications as much as possible. A virtual ICFE2020 Conference is the best solution.

After extensive dialogue, we have unanimously decided to make ICFE2020-Ho Chi Minh the first ever virtual ICFE Conference. Given the international situation, we have no option but to adapt, so we have decided to make the conference a fully web-based event.

To achieve the stated objectives, we will provide the means for all authors to present their papers and attend the other presentations in the technical program. The same strategy will be used for the keynote speeches and the presentations by editors on how to publish in their journals. In a few days, we will send a detailed email regarding the presentation options, technical resources, and recommendations, so we kindly ask for your patience while these details are finalized.

As you know, all presentations and papers will have the same chances of being published in the Conference Proceedings in this virtual format as they had in previous in-person ICFE Conferences.

In an effort to safely produce and distribute high-quality research throughout this pandemic, we are committed to serving the academic community in multiple ways. We understand that researchers are relying on the publication of their research results for promotion and tenure, so we will be working actively to ensure timely review processes in all affiliated journals at ICFE2020.

We would like to express how disheartened we are that we will not get a chance to welcome you all to Ton Duc Thang University. We sincerely thank you for your ongoing commitment to the ICFE community!
